Hello @Sarahlousiemeye and welcome to the FORUM!

There may be different causes for that, going from a misunderstanding of the pairing procedure to a hardware error.

The pairing procedure mentioned on the user manual should be strictly followed.

If it does not work, try clearing the bluetooth devices recorded on the memory of your phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the Medion Fitness App and then re-try to connect both devices.

if this troubleshoot fails, please contact your local Medion Technical Support team

Regards,

Hey Mohit!

It sounds like you're stuck in a tricky situation. Here’s a quick rundown of what you can try:

Reset BIOS: Try clearing the CMOS by removing the battery or holding the power button for 30 seconds to reset BIOS settings.

BIOS Access: Press F2 or Fn + F2 to get into BIOS. If that doesn’t work, try pressing Enter repeatedly when starting up.

Black Screen & Fan Speed: Disconnect any external devices, check internal connections (RAM, hard drive), and see if the issue persists.

Fix GRUB: Boot from a Live USB and use Boot-Repair to fix the bootloader issue if it's stuck on Linux.

Windows Boot: Try creating a fresh bootable Windows USB and use F12 or Fn + F12 during startup to select the USB drive.

If that doesn't help, running hardware diagnostics (press F10 during startup) might show if there’s a hardware issue.

Best Regard

Jojes
