Medion TV not connecting to laptop/mobile

I have a Medion Life X15587 (MD 31555) 55" ultra HD Android smart TV.

I am unable to search the TV on my mobile through Chromecast nor am I able to search it through my laptop when I detect a wireless display. I tried restarting the TV, factory resetting, connecting to wifi, etc. There is no option to turn Chromecast on or off on TV. When I go to help it shows which option to select on mobile but nothing on how to operate the TV.

It works with HDMI cable but since it's a smart TV I think it should also work wirelessly.

P.S. - I am in Germany and I don't have any channel or subscription. I just want to project my laptop into the TV
