Has anybody experienced an error while using the camera?, I've been using my laptop for over a week and I already have a problem with the camera, it displays an error code

"OxA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>"

Thats the error that I get if I try to use the camera, I already try numerous things to try to fix it but I can.

Hi Gehringer!

Yes, I did that, I also watched some videos on youtube, what I was trying to do is delete the camera driver and then download it again and install it. So I delete the driver and I went to Medion.com to try to find it but it says that they through windows 10 it will automatically detects all the drivers, but it I doesn't.

I can attach a screenshot from my Device Manager to show you that it doesn't show the camera drivers, not even when I click on "view" and "show hidden devices"
