Synology DS214play and a WDmyCloud. Both are configured as DLNA servers. My Media browser identifies these devices but when an attempt is made to play a video or a music item (which can be seen in the menu) an error message 'Invalid or Unsupported file' accompnied by a a red circle with a diagonal line is displayed.
