      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.medion.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/44251"&gt;@Griff&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apologies for the delayed reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try uninstalling then re-installing the drivers. Go to “Control Panel” then view by small icons. Click on “Device Manager”. Find Cameras, right-click it and choose Uninstall device. Restart Windows system and the driver will automatically be installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also check that all drivers are up to date through Windows update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
