We have just bought this TV and when we plug in the Xbox the picture is very grainy, is there something I am not doing right, the picture is terrible

Hi @Aflo, and welcome to the community.

Please check if the HDMI cable you are using supports 4k. There is a difference between standard HDMI (not 4k ready) and high-speed HDMI (ready for 4k).

If your cable supports 4k, please send me your MSN number to solve the problem directly for your exact model.

Thank you, a different lead has worked but I was using a 4k lead so I think that was wrong, the one that came with the TV worked well.
