&lt;P&gt;Please check if the HDMI cable you are using supports 4k. There is a difference between standard HDMI (not 4k ready) and high-speed HDMI (ready for 4k).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If your cable supports 4k, please send me your MSN number to solve the problem directly for your exact model.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, a different lead has worked but I was using a 4k lead so I think that was wrong, the one that came with the TV worked well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
