I have a 39" Smart full HD TV and the EPG keeps freezing. The only way out is to exit then start again. It seems that if you track down more than 15 or so channels then it freezes.

Also, 3 times when I have first switched the tv on, there is a message that there is no signal and to first time install to rectify. Only had the tv since mid February so loosing confidence in it. The MSN is 30028449. Does anyone have any ideas or is this a return to supplier?

@Hi Gehringer

Thank you for your reply. Yes all leads/connetions ok and digital aerial works fine with other TV's.

Medion have identified this issue as a fault and the tv was replaced today.

Regards
