All-inOne E27301 bad quality audio through bluetooth devices

When running youtube videos and using headphones connected through Bluetooth the audio interrupts itself frequently.

I've run diagnostic tests and when it says a couple of numbers I'm only able to hear one of them, so I do not pass the test.

I've tried with different headphones through Bluetooth with the same problem

The problem does not happen when I use hardwired headphones.

The problem can be caused by several reasons these are possible causes:

Re-enable Bluetooth on both devices
Reinstall your Bluetooth driver

Update your Bluetooth driver
Change the power settings of your PC (not in energy-saving mode)
Perform a troubleshooting session (Windows 10/11)
