No audio. Akoya E27401

Hi.

I recently purchased the above all-in-one and started with a clean instal of Windows 11. When booted there is no audio device detected. I’ve tried to download the relevant driver from Realtek but this doesn’t work. I’ve even tried a clean instal of Windows 10 then an upgrade to 11 to no avail.

Is there a specific driver I need for the audio hardware and if so can someone point me in the right direction please?
