Stuck in a Aptio Setup loop - Medion Grazer Engineer x10

Hi. A few hour ago my computer was working fine, until it suddenly froze and I had to turn the computer off via the power button. When the computer restarted, it booted to the Aptio Setup screen. No matter the solutions I try, and I have tried many now, nothing works. There's no option to enable CSM, saving and exiting does nothing, disabling "fast boot" and "secure boot" only takes me to a black screen showing "press del or F8" which also does nothing to take me out of this never ending nightmare. Taking the CMOS battery out doesn't work either.

Please help me, I've only had this PC for two months.
