Windows update has updated the BIOS to version .108
and the PC is not working properly !!!!!
Enter the Aptio Setup to the recovery card with the following messages !!!!
- ROM image is not loaded
- ROM image update denied.

Hello @Aldevisio , Please provide me with both the MSN which is a number of 8 digits that you can find on the label on the device and the SN (serial number).

Hi @Aldevisio unfortunately, I can't find the firmware you are looking for. I this stage I will suggest to back up your data and perform the factory settings.

Unfortunately the problem is that the system does not exit the Aptio Setup utility and therefore it is not possible to boot into Windows 10.
Switching off and restarting the PC still in the Aptio Setup utility stops.
It asks for Recovery .... so it is necessary to update with a bios version other than 360H4W0X.108 !!!! which caused the malfunction.
With the original version xxxxxxx.107, from the USB port, you can try to reprogram the BIOS during boot.
Hoping it will work again.
The data backup can be done by inserting the disk in another working system (This has been done !!!).
Now you have to restart the machine correctly !!!!
You need the Firmware before updating .107 !!!
Hoping that it will work again ............

I'm seriously thinking about replacing the motherboard with a Gigabyte Gaming z390 or an ASRock or an MSI ...
This would cost me less and less money and support time MEDION Technical Assistance !!!

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE FIRMWARE 360H4W0X.107 !!!!
or another firmware that works well on the B360H4-EM !!!!!

They want the PC in service and repair at my expense !!!!!
Despite the fact that the PC is under warranty until February 2022.
(software problem !!!!! Windows update !!!!)

I change the motherboard and solve it !!
On Amazon about 100 € !!!
