If you come across problems running a “Securom” protected game with error “Game Error 8016” and you are running Windows 10 Operarting System with a Skylake CPU.

Please refer to the Medion driver page and update your BIOS.

This should resolve the issue.

The P5318 i is fitted with an ECS H110H4-CM2 motherboard, so this update should fix the problem:

Sorry to bring this old topic up again, but i am experiencing same problems (error 8016) om my medion P5312 (I7-6700) and I cant find a BIOS update for Win10 ?!..

Any help?

Hi @Faxe74,

There are different versions of the P5312 (P5312 J, P5312 H, P5312 G etc.), what is the MSN number for your specific system? Normally you should be able to find the correct BIOS update (if available) by searching for your MSN number on this site.
