SIM TOOL KIT not working on My Medion Life E4503

I recently bought aMedionLife E4503 to my surprise the SIMTOOL KIT application is not working. Do anyone know how I can fix it, any upgrade available.

Hi @sahrsimba,

Isn't the simtool kit a toolkit which is included in your SIMcard? If so, I think it is provider specific, and you'd best contact them for any info, I'm not sure if they can be updated.
