Hello,

I own a MEDION ERAZER X7853 (MD 60540) UK MSN: 30022549 and I am unable to find on the support portal an updated version of the Control Center software.

Recentnly I have formatted my laptop and reintalled Windows 10 and I need to reinstall the Control Center.

I wrote to the support some time ago but they have not provided me with an answer regarding this matter yet.

Please, can you help?

please check the recovery partition. Maybe under the Folder "Drivers" you will finde Erazer Control Center.

Hello @Fox10,

I have formatted my laptop thus I don't have recovery partition.

So, where can I download the Control Center software??

Quite stupid to delete those folders without a backup of the folder Drivers, Tools and Recover.

The Software, you normally don't get from Medion, and the Drivers are usually to be downloaded on the Medion service-page.

But you could ask a Moderator, maybe @Luke or @Rex, if they could send you a copy; possibly you will have to pay for it.

Mate you will not be able to install the control center as you have to update bios. i have the same exact laptop x7853 and have had no luck finding the bios update

HI , when I installed the fresh windows pro it downgradeD the bios to 1.05.03RGME1_0006 04/02/17 AND THEREFORE UNABLE TO INSTALL the control center saying erazer does not support this platform everytime i start it. The weird part is that I can' find the update anywhere not even on the medion website mate. Could you please help with a link as i cant turn on the discreet option therefore can't play serious games.

go to the Medion service website and check if there is a BIOS update listed at the downloads area.
