Control Center v6.009 broken, please medion fix your software kthx

Yo,

I bought a Medion Erazer Deputy P40 MD62551 a year ago and had no issue so far.

Until now where the control center (v6.009) just stops working when I try opening it. Decided to reinstall it but it just made it worse.

Please help me I'm going to lose my mind

A number of people reporting this, and I suspect that that number will start to increase fast. It seems to be down to an update, more details here:

Let's hope for a quick fix, or workaround, once support staff get back from their holidays.

install, restart and enjoy

with this i can control "power mode, fan speed, ect"

Oh wow - that does appear to work. I had to grab LEDs Keyboard Setting - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store in order to get to the keyboard backlight settings, but it looks like a useful jump off point. Thank you!

This error is due to the LATEST Win 11 Build update.

Issue resolved after uninstalling update

Go to settings > Windows Update > Recovery > Revert Update.

My issue is resolved after following these steps.

Additionally, switch off auto updates by by pressing Win+R > type "services.msc" > scroll down to Windows update > Disable it

Same issue for me, Erazer Crawler E50, disappeared recently, cannot get to work after having uninstalled, then reinstalled, key shortcuts not working, it's like it doesn't exist, I can't find it anywhere.
