Control Centre Not Opening

Medion Erazer laptop is 1 month old, control centre has stopped openong.

It stays minimised, if i try to open it flashes on screen for 0.1 seconds and disappears, stays minimised.

I can change the fan settings from right clicking the minimised tray icon, but aside from that I cant access any of its features or customise anything.

I don't want to do a factory reset after I just spent a month setting everything up on here.

What do I do?
