Turbo button no longer working, and FN keys for brightness not working

Hi, I've recently got the medion control centre installed but now the physical turbo button no longer cycles between modes (I can change this manually in the control centre). Also the FN keys for brightness no longer control the brightness of the display.

Any advice? Which drivers might be playing up? They're definitely both fine mechanically as the laptop is new (Beast X40) and were working prior to installing the control centre

no the msn number is not the MD number. but that's enough. Your MD number should therefore be 62525.

I would now try uninstalling and reinstalling Control Center.
Install the control center service and also the control center app. You can find this here: https://www1.medion.de/downloads/?lang=uk

if you enter the number 62525 under MD/LT. If that doesn't work and your problem still persists, reinstall the HID drivers (#9) from the driver package.
