How the heck do i open the stupid keyboard customizer thing

I just got the keyboard for my birthday (Yay) and I'm trying to open the keyboard app, and it just says something about extracting the file. i cant figure out why. I even tried looking for the folder that it says it was extracted to, but it seems it doesn't exist. Please help me

I figured out how to open it, but i cant get it to re-open without it opening setup wizard and telling me to edit the file. Please help

I don't know what that means, so I'll just tell you what the download thing is called. It's called MD85031 Illuminated Gaming Keyboard. Does that help?

Just figured out the problem. For some reason, my computer will let me open it if it's the first thing I do.
