Are you planing to change microcode with new update or need to change motherboard with normal brand.Every company did only im person who waiting

To assist you further, we need to confirm the revisions on the mainboard currently installed in your PC.

Please open the side panel of the unit and locate the white label towards the back.

You should have a code that shows on the label, with 1.0 or 1.

If it is 1.0, please see below a link for the BIOS update below :

This is my board. Is not gigabyte. Board is ECS elite group and is 1.0 v. This gigabyte bios cannot install on etc motherboard

I have opened an investigation with Medion to see if they are able to assist and get the correct fix for your CPU via a BIOS update for your board, as this comes from the board manufacturer ESC unfortunately there may be a slight delay,

as soon as I get an update we I be in contact,

As this was affected with this 13th/14th gen stability topic, this was solved with Bios 2.12 as mentioned in this Community FAQ

Currently 2.12 is the latest one which was available and successfully evaluated.

Hey !

Im actually in the same sh*t than you bro… I recently bought an i7-13700F but it seems that my motherboard B660H7-M20 isn’t for 14th… I tried by multiple ways to Fix it, but as you said, we can’t update it by the BIOS… 😭 I tried with the Windows method, by the « cmd » but it still not working cause the security BIOS is actived and EVEN THIS we can’t disable from the BIOS.

Did you find a way for you ? You are maybe my only hope and way to fix it because nobody is talking about this problem…

Unfortunately, i did everything right as it say by the « cmd » (run at admin), this happened, but nothing changed… Well im losing hope.
