Cpu fan running at 100%!!!

Hello!
I'm having problems with my cpu fan. It starts to run at 100% when turn on the computer.
I have cleaned inside, change termal paste, but still running all the time (even before enter the OS)
Serching on internet, several pages talks about to BIOS update , but I cant find anything in the MEDION site nor American Megatrends.
My laptop is a MEDION Erazer x6821 (yeah, old one, i know ^_^U) Intel Core i7 3610QM
The BIOS version I have is E16F3IM7.106 (non fan control feature found T_T

pd: The computer was originaly w7, but i'm running w10 now.
