Medion Notebook E14409 no sound

I made a new reinstallation of Windows 11 and i could not install the sound driver. I made a new installation of windows 10 and still i could not install the sound driver. I downloaded the whole pack from the website

Hi @borgdaniel87 ,

I´m not sure what problem exactly occured, but maybe you could try a clean installation with the latest version of the Microsoft Media Creation Tool?
Please check appropriate information at "Create Windows 11 Installation Media"
