Windows was unable to install your RTL8191S Adaptor

Medion Akoya P7360 D (MD8855) (Windows 7 Home Premium) MED S/N 14766010040256

I had to re-install windows onto my old medion pc and the printer etc. But there now seems to be a problem.

WLAN Adaptor RTL8191S

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.

WINDOWS WAS UNABLE TO INSTALL YOUR RTL8191S ADAPTOR. (Windows could not find driver software for your device.

Would this be on one of the Medion discs.

then you should also tell us which pc it is about. please name the msn number, it is on the back or possibly also under the device as a sticker.

Where does the WiFi name come from?
a wireless driver is stored on the service page. But it has a different name

do you still have the support cd? there are the drivers on it.
