Hi,

Bit of a noob to Medion pc's.

Just recently bought an erazer p15805 and would like to add an additional hard drive. Is there a service manual available to get inside the case? Also is this something that would invalidate the warranty?

Hi @ianc153 ,

adding an HDD to your model should not be complicated to someone who has some hardware maintenance knowledge, particularly on installing HDDs into SATA III connectors, but Medion can't recommend you to do it if you don't know how to do so.

If Medion technicians identify any evidence that a repair/upgrade was not performed with a professional quality level (burns/marks/scratches/damages etc) the warranty is voided.

thanks for the warranty info. I’m knowledgeable enough to put in hdd’s, I’ve had my dell laptop apart to change hdd and add memory, it’s not difficult with the correct info to dismantle the case! Is there a document to show how the case comes apart?
