&lt;P&gt;Can you please provide the MSN of the PC/NB you are using?&lt;BR /&gt;It is an 8 digits code printed on a label underneath your product and it normally starts by 100, 300 or 500.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, can you please let me know if the overheating happens only when you are performing demanding tasks such as playing games/streaming/rendering videos or if it also happens when you are performing light tasks such as browsing and watching videos?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
