How to Change RGB Fans on Engineer X30

Hi, I have purchased a Medion Erazer Engineer X30. However i have uninstalled and reinstalled the Control Centre but it will not allow me to change the RGB Lighting at all. Any thoughts to get this to work? I'd imagine it's possible due to the control centre being pre installed.

Various motherboards were used, so please provide the MSN number of the computer.
