Hello,

My Deputy 15 P1 is crashing when 5 mins into all games

-arena breakout

-delta force

so so annoying, how do i fix this?

W11 all up to date and same with NVidia graphics😡

Hello,

please state the MSN number of your device. It's often on a sticker on the bottom.

Or with MSinfo32.exe on the first page in the line System-SKU the last 8 digits.

Ok thanks. How old is it? Since when the crashing happens?

Did anything extraordinary happens before? Did you install new software or drivers?

But this will be a question for a moderator. May be there is a new Bios.

The laptop is really new, purchased in august.

I have kept everything update (not checked bios) see above graphics, w11.

and only ever installed steams games, predominantly crashes on the games mentioned above.

current Bios version should be V 1.07.02RME1. Could you please check, if this is the recent version you have installed on your machine?

Hey @GTAH ,

think we can help out here with an actualized Bios version 1.07.02RME1, which can be downloaded here from the medion service portal

+++Installation instructions+++
Please proceed as follows:
1. Unzip the downloaded file 00_Bios_Deputy_15P1_Defender_17P1_Scout_15E1_17E1.zip into a directory of your choice on the hard disk.
2. Start the update process under Windows by executing the file FlashWinX64.bat in the BIOS folder by right-clicking with the menu run as administrator.
3. After the update had been installed andsystem has been restarted, the changes will take effect.

Open Command Prompt as an administrator.

Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.

Update device drivers: Ensure all your drivers are up to date, especially for your graphics card, network, and hard disk controllers. Check for memory issues: Run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to check your RAM for errors. Check your hard drive for errors: Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the command chkdsk /f /r.

that´s not very good to hear, but I´m now wondering if you already also performed a test with the medion diagnostics app, which can be downloaded here.

After doing the test we might receive some more details of the problem.
