Erazer P60i Battery Problem

I have a MEDION Deputy P60i laptop. After it got to my home and using it for one week on flexi charger and never hitting %100 charge level, today it did. After gitting %100 charge level just for five minutes the battery health dropped to %72.6 from %100. I don't know if it's a faulty driver or , but I've never seen anyone having this problem. I hope someone can help me, is it a dead battery?

Hi @AhmetK ,

could you please give us an update of your situation? Inbeween we got the information from the manufacturer, that in deed the latest Bios version is the one you are running(1.07.02RME1).
Could you also check, if you´re machine operates with EC version 1.09.01ME2?

I checked the EC version and it's the same version that you mentioned. After that I never charged laptop to %100 so battery health is still in the same level.
