      <title>WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - HELP WANTED</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A customer has an Erazer Defender P10 with the MSN number missing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Medion sofware does not work at all, so we cannot find out what the MSN number was.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have contacted customer support over 10 times now, but they keep giving us random part numbers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesn't matter if you give them the serial, they can't seem te find anything at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to continue? The customer invoice does not contain any information and the reseller also doesn't know.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
