Hello I am having issues finding RAM that would be compatible with my P60 that I bought from here.

Anyone upgraded theirs and have a place I could buy the RAM? I should be able to install it no problem.

I want to upgrade to 32GB. Thanks

I just upgraded mine to 64GB. A simple process that takes DDR4 3200MHz laptop RAM. Just search for it, and pick one from Amazon, or ebay. Enjoy.

Hi,

I bought this Medion notebook-PC few weeks ago, Deputy P60i MD62669 / NP50RND / MSN = 30038061.

I would like to upgrade the RAM from 16 Gb to more (24 Gb or 32 Gb).

Does it worth to upgrade from 2x8 Gb (16 Gb) to 16+8 Gb (24 Gb) ? Does the lose of performance due to dual channel (2x8 Gb) worth the upgrade of RAM (24 Gb) ? Is it quantified ?

Best regards, Thomas.

It depends. You must know, which feature you would prefer more. Or speed, or bigger ram size for special programs.

I always would prefer Dual Ram capability.

daddle

Go for the 32GB. It doesn't make any sense to go to 24gb price-wise. I'm not sure about the exact performance loose, but this won't be a huge issue for sure if this is your only concern...
