topic Refresh hz problem in ERAZER Gaming

So I have a crawler e30 and the problem is that (md62547) when I try to change my refresh rate to 144hz, it doesn't let me even though I have a 144hz laptop. (The only option is 60hz and I can change it but the only option is 60hz) Can anyone help me or maybe correct me if I am wrong? I see that a crawler e30 has a 144hz screen? Am I wrong?

I’ve confirmed with a technician that it’s 144hz (sorry it’s so late) So now I’ve told that Windows always chooses the intel cpu, but I don’t want it to stay at 60hz, does anyone have a fix?
