topic Deputy P60: No control over fan speed in ERAZER Gaming

Hi,

I bought the Erazer Deputy P60 i7-13620H (32G) and I've tried to change a few parameters here and there. I wanted to lower the fan speed by putting it on quiet mode, but it was still a bit too noisy. I tried to change the fan speed control to custom but I can't customise anything. It doesn't give me any tools or parameters to change the speed of the fan. Below you can see a screenshot of the control center. I'm only using in average 4% of the CPU, but the fan is at 50% speed and I'm not running anything in the background. My room temperature is 20 degrees Celsius. Could anyone please tell me how could I control my fan speed or how could I lower my CPU temperature?

Thank you

Did you ever find a solution?

I've even tried third party fan controllers and no luck. The fans are either off or going hard at 3000-4000rpm even if temperatures are only at 60c
