Hello, my touchpad doesn't work on erazer major x10, any suggestion?

it might me defective as well as deactivated and there are definetely half a dozen other plausible options.
When did you observe the issue, did you already run the MEDION Diagnostics/Service app?

Maybe something very simple?

Fn + F10 switches the touchpad on and off.

defenitely solved, thanks , was fn f10 combination. Sorry for the late response i have been busy these weeks.
