Medion Erazer P15 gaming laptop (beeping & turning off)

hello,

i have the above gaming laptop, been fine for a few years, but today the mainboard is beeping single beeps very loudly then shutting down.

during the time it is on before i shuts off, I'm monitoring the temperatures of the CPU and the GPU and they seem fine around 40-50c.

bare in mind, this happens just with windows sat doing nothing, so the GPU is not even in use.

any ideas guys?

this behaviour ist definetely not normaland I suppose this to become a service cases for wich you will have to contact the local MEDION support center.

If things improved/got solved in the meantime,please let us know.
