I’m not sure what exactly the MSN number is but it may be MD34865 - it’s this PC

https://www.aldi-onlineshop.de/p/high-end-gaming-pc-engineer-x10-md34865-1019937/

I am very sure the SSD is seated properly so it may be defective. Will try reseating it one more time and then sending it back I guess.

thanks for the help 🙂

Hi there,

painfully made my way through a 2.5” SSD (case has no visible SATA cables, just the wider ones to power a drive), then an M.2 PCIe (same mistake as OP in the attached post) and now a FIKWOT FN203 M.2 2280 SATA Drive in the pursuit of adding an additional 2TB to my Medion Engineer X10 with the B660H7-M20 Board.

Installed it in the only visible bay parallel to the RAM.

Sadly having the same story as I had before - nothing in BIOS therefore nothing in the Disk Management.

About to give up and order an external USB Drive..

Any suggestions about what I’m doing wrong?

This post was a lead but the solution sadly doesn’t work for me.

https://community.medion.com/t5/Desktop-PC-All-In-One/Connecting-adding-m-2-ssd-to-MEDION-ERAZER-RECON-P20/m-p/157944/highlight/false#M1296

Or the SSD is a defectiv.

daddle
