Control center not working

I own an E10 Crawler, MSN: 30030079

Recently I noticed that, when i changed power modes in the control center, the actual power mode doesn't change anymore; It's always stuck on quiet mode. I reinstalled the control center but that just removed the icon and now I can't seem to find the actual app.

In the driver folder there's only the setup application (which I have done many times already) but not the control center itself.

Please help me out because I'd like to get rid of lag while gaming.

Hi @ therealjojo

please try to reinstall the control centre-

Software: Control Center 3, Version 2.25
Download: cdn.medion.com/downloads/treiber/14_ControlCenter_Crawler_E10.zip
reinstall the updated Control Center service. The UniwillService_3.33.24.0_.exe file required for this can be downloaded from the MEDION Service Portal.
Afterwards the full options will be available in the ERAZER Control Center again.

I did as instructed, I had to uninstall the older version I had and reinstalled the files you gave, however I still cannot access the control centre. Where would I find the program and app?

Thank you for supplying a manual, however the solution to my problem is not stated.

I have gotten the control centre icon to show up, but it's called control centre3.0 package 2.25 and It doesn't do anything when I click on it.

it is installed but does not start via the icon. Does it open with the key combination: Fn + esc?

hotkey drivers are installed?

I have similar issues on an X40 Beast.

It's my first time using the control center, no experience with previous versions, using latest bios.

The app is kind of invisible, so I can only launch it by running the installer and select Launch. The path of the app executable is somewhat obscure according to Task Manager.

Also the core voltage settings I set in the control center are ignored (attempting undervolting for better temps and on-battery performance)
