Generally Medion systems are provided with a recovery partition from which you an restore your system to factory settings, by pressing F11 during boot and following the instructions on screen.

If you somehow erased this partition, you can not restore this yourself, but you can download Windows 10 recovery media from the Microsoft site (Google for "Media Creation Tool", first link.).

What if you messed up the system, but still have the recovery partitions? But Cyberlink PowerRecovery just says "The program cannot restore the system partition because its structure is incorrect"?
