Heya folks, I've got a medion eraser laptop that I've had for some time. I've recently been having a strange problem getting the battery to change. It charges fine when plugged in, then if I start it while it's charging it keeps charging fine. But it won't start charging if I plug it in when it's already on and if it stops charging when plugged in because the battery is full, it won't start again.

Anyone having the same issues or know of a fix?

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Erazer laptop.

It would be helpful to know what model you are using, please let us know the MSN number which is located under the laptop.

Have you already tried a residual current discharge?
