Hello,

I suddenly got trouble with the control center, i wasnt able to open it anymore.

So i uninstalled and reinstalled from the Recover drive. But no luck, still app doesnt open.

I tried installing from the FAQ but that one doesnt even show up.

Im currently stuck with a laptop which cannot disable the laptop or set power plans.

Please help! Thanks!

The control centre software can be downloaded from the Medion Service page by entering the MSN of your laptop, which can be found under the laptop:
MEDION Service

Hey thanks for your message, i tried this version of Control Center before but same issue happens, i can see it running in right bottom corner but i cant open the control center.

Is there anything i can clean up in registry and reinstall to fix this?

i upgraded to windows 11 and that resolved the issue. I think there was something broken in the registry.
