My battery is not charging, it says % available(plugged in). Can I remove the battery and replace it with a new battery?

but can not say anything about the supplier, is your risk

Thanks for the reply. Is it easy to remove the battery? There are a number of screws attached. Can't find any videos to demonstrate this and not on YouTube at all. Any help, much appreciated.
