Medion Erazer Engineer P10 MD35036 crashes then reboots....

This has happened several times now since I have the PC, it will crash and reboot at random times. Once a day or every couple of days.

I checked the eventlog and I get 2 problems, one is "PC restarted after bugcheck", the other is a kernal-power issue.

I've seen posts from other people that have a similar issue so I'm guessing it's related.

I saw that some people recommend to update the bios so I would like to try that. Unfortunately I am unable to download the bios files or any of the manuals on https://www.medion.com/gb/service/product-detail/10024042. Whenever I click the download link, it opens up a new page that never loads. I've tried different browsers but none of them seem to work

Neither link seems to be working for me, first link gives me a blank page while the second one works but pressing "download" gives me a blank page again, after it just says "site cannot be found". Very weird, I have no idea why it doesn't work

@Fishtown The user manual PDF works. The second link does not, the third link works until I press "download" then it gives me a blank page.

Editing your post again is easy. go to these and on the top right on the three dots. Click on "Edit Reply" there and you can edit your post again. note: accessing and editing is limited in time. after that it is no longer possible. try it.
