hi my laptop has recently had a new motherboard installed by Medion as the last one failed.

i have just updated to windows 11 & its lost my windows key, no one at Medion is getting back to me and im getting quite stressed out now as this is the 3rd time something has broke on this laptop and is now costing me money due to not being able to work.

can someone please help.

Hello hearny90,

You can open PowerShell wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey

And then you should see your product key then you can just add it in windows activation
