Need Help With 3 Beep Sound Problem.

Hello,

Recently in the last weeks I've had a few problems with my pc occurring. I've been coming back to my pc beeping 3 times with a pause. This have happened about 4 times in the last 1-2 weeks. I've waited to see if it disappears but it doesn't look like it. I still have warranty on the pc and it was purchased 4th of April 2021.
I'm not 100% sure but I think the beeping sounds occour when leaving the pc on, for example: pausing a youtube video and just leaving it on for a bit and then coming back to the beep sounds and a black screen without being able to turn it on. I just had to restart it on the pc itself for it all to go away.
Anyone know how to solve this problem? If so it would be very appreciated :).

Hi @Infz ,

it looks like your unit is beeping when it enters sleep mode.

To try to solve the problem, please do this test:

- Type "Control Panel" on your windows search bar and open it
- Make sure your icons are displayed as "categories"
- Select Hardware and sound

- Select Change system sounds

- Under Sound Scheme, change the drop down list from the standard "Windows 10" to "No sounds"

- Select Apply

- Restart your unit

Hey, thanks for your answer. I did what you said. I just want to be sure there's no problem with my pc since when it screen turns black there's no other way than restarting it.
This might fix the sound beeping but is there still a problem?
