Keyboard back light not functioning correctly

My x6807 has developed an issue with the keyboard no longer lighting up. it went through a period of not starting up then going into default light mode but now will not light up at all. i have re installed the control center but that has not helped. if i try to use the control center to turn it on it just shuts down the control center. any help/advice will be much appreciated.

can you please provide the MSN number of your unit?

Also, have you tried any other troubleshooting in addition to reinstalling control center?

Hi it is 30026173 i check for up to date drivers and even tried a factory reset but still have the same problem.

It is thankfully. I'm talking to medion it's soundlng like will be sending to be looked at
