My friend got this computer but we can't seem to find the specs anywhere. And also we cant download any manuals because when we search for MD34949 on your webpage we get "

Any help please?

this is quite easy, because when entering the NL/BE MEDION service webpage you just have to enter your article number (which is 10023943), to receive the overview with technical specification.

If there´s further assistance necessary, please let us know.
