Connecting BT Light Bulb Speaker MD43510 USA to Amazon Alexa

I am not sure if here is the right place to ask. I am not living in Germany. I bought this bulb from Aldi USA. It is working with my mobile and I want to connect it to my echo dot device.

I am trying to enable the skill below is the link:

It asks me an account to be opened at Medion Smart Home website. I have created the account but I am not sure if the webpage I found is correct. I am trying to use my credentials to link my account to alexa skill, it does not allow me to login. You can see the screenshot below.

So first of all, can I connect BT Light Bulb Speaker MD43510 USA to Amazon Alexa? If yes, how.

Unfortunately your bulb is not compatible with Alexa.
