Modem or SIM not inserted - Medion 3g USB STICK

Hello,

I bought a usb-stick every time when i restart my laptop it stops working.

Even if i switch computer to sleep its saying - Modem or SIM not inserted.

Changing usb and reinstalling medion software didnt helped.

After reinstaling software everythings fine i play games on gameranger but when i switch off pc its not working again.

Any suggestions?
