As far as I understand it, just about every CPU made in de last decade have the spectre and meltdown vulnerability. Meltdown can be patched by the operating system, but for Spectre there is no definitive solution since it is a result of the way CPU's work on a hardwarelevel.

Though I think the risks for common use is very low, since an attacker would need physical acces to your system to be able to do anything with the spectre vulnerability. Just make sure that your browser, operatingsystem and antivirus software is up to date and I think you'll be fine.

I got in touch with Medion support about this matter, and they provided me with a patch for the Intel driver.
