P8610 CMOS/BIOS battery location

I'm trying to change the internal battery in a P8610 laptop but can't find it under any hatches. I took out 25 screws and still can't get the body apart. Why the hell did Medion put a battery that needs replacing every so often hidden deep inside instead of behind a hatch?

Anyone know how I can get inside?
