I want to buy for Medion 61795 an thunderbolt 3. Which one is compatible ?

I've try to use Docking station HP G2, Thunderbolt 3 but the start button is not working.

have you already tried to place this question to the thunderbolt manufacturer?

I believe they may ask you for photos of the connections.
