Medion e3222t only green led ?.

Hello,

I bought this laptop, and it worked fine, however when I tried using it today, I only get a black screen, with only the green LED on. It doesn't respond to any keys, and even the Medion logo doesn't show. Tried turning it off and on again, but nothing else happens. Any ideas?

Hi @alexsunny123 and welcome to the FORUM!

Please try connecting your device to an external screen to see if it is an issue with your LCD.

If it does not work, please check if the LED charging light switches on when you connect it to the charger.

If these troubleshooting fails, please contact your local Medion technical support team because it is probably a hardware fault

Something with your answer is very strange. This thread talks about a Laptop model E3222, and some LED charging and a booting problem.

It has nothing to do with a sort of psychedelic LED Lightshow on a TV. 😉
